The Brief

To design, produce and deliver NBCUniversal’s annual Christmas party - designed to reward employees, bring teams together across departments and functions, boost morale and acknowledge their ongoing commitment to the business.

What We Did

We created an experience with employee recognition at its heart; delivering a spectacular evening of celebration for over 800 guests at the Tate Modern.

Guests arrived via the iconic Turbine Hall, and descended into The Tanks - an impressive, brutalist event space at the heart of the Tate Modern. Soft, ambient lighting filled the foyer space for guest arrival, as electronic soundscapes set the mood and introduced the theme for the event.

As the evening unfolded, guests were invited to explore and enjoy different spaces - featuring live music and entertainment, as well as food stations and photo experiences. The event theme was brought to life through music, motion, AI and interactive activities all complimented with a stunning lighting design

The Result

It was a night to remember - scoring over 95% in employee satisfaction surveys, and recognised by all as an incredible ‘work perk’ that the business has really invested in.
