When news of the merger broke, it called for a series of all-company events to hear first hand from CEO David Zaslav and his team of Senior Leaders. The objective was to create an open and relaxed format, and give employees insight into the new company's vision and direction.

What We Did
An ever-evolving brief due to the sensitive nature of the merger, we transformed each of the London offices to accommodate a Town Hall and employee social event.
Working closely alongside the Internal Comms team, we also developed the in-office application of the new brand identity and messaging across multiple sites.
The Result
With over 1,000 attendees across the two day event, the event empowered employees to connect with senior leaders, ask challenging questions and to better understand the impact of the merger in real-time.
